Our client is a leading Property organisation based in the Middlesex area. Due to their success and rise in workload, they are looking to hire an experienced Health, Safety & Risk Manager to assist in the development and supervision of site Health, Safety & Risk management programmes and systems across their 20 homes in the UK. The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and hold a valid UK driving licence.

The Opportunity

  • To implement, develop and maintain company Health & Safety objectives in line with business standards
  • To be responsible for developing and maintaining the company Health & Safety Policy
  • To assist in the development, approval and monitoring of any specific Risk Assessments, Safety Standards or Safe Systems of Work in individual homes or departments
  • To undertake Health & Safety audits on all company sites and remote projects
  • To ensure the maintenance of site practices, procedures and documentation

The Requirements

  • NEBOSH General (essential)
  • Experience of working within the Care sector (advantageous)
  • Extensive knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
  • Full UK Driving License
