Our client is a leading Housing & Care business operating across the South East of England. Due to their growth and increasing workload, they are looking to hire an experienced Health and Safety Manager. The successful candidate will be qualified to NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) level and have a solid understanding of the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an extremely rewarding environment and be at the forefront of the Health & Safety side to the business.

Health & Safety Manager Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work with Directors to develop an effective Health, Safety & Quality strategy
  • To monitor accidents, incidents and analyse them correctly
  • To deliver health and safety and/or compliance training where required
  • To ensure appropriate CQC compliance at all times

Health & Safety Manager Experience and Qualifications required:

  • NEBOSH Diploma (essential)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (essential)
  • At least 3 years working as a senior manager
  • Full UK Driving License

Salary £40k + excellent benefits and fuel allowance
