A leading Manufacturing company is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead a positive HSE culture throughout the workforce and bring practical HSE solutions to the day-to-day operations of the business. This position offers the right candidate full autonomy, flexibility, and a chance to make your own mark within the role.
The successful candidate will be NEBOSH qualified, have experience within the Manufacturing sector, and strong knowledge of ISO Management Systems.
HSE Manager Responsibilities and Duties:
- To provide Health & Safety expertise to develop, influence, and promote a positive Health & Safety culture throughout the business
- To undertake Risk Assessment Method Statements and Site Inspections as and when required
- To keep up to date with current legislation and ensure correct protocol is being followed
- To implement and maintain ISO management systems
HSE Manager Experience and Qualifications required:
- NEBOSH General (minimum)
- Strong ISO Management Systems knowledge
- Experience within the Manufacturing sector (desirable)
- A hunger and passion to drive a positive Health & Safety culture
